In the last Fisch Update of 2024, the developers have added a new bestiary called Winter's Edge to the base game. It is a limited-time Bestiary that is only available for the next two days. While everyone is aware of the limited-time bestiary, nobody is able to catch these fish as they don't know the landmark/island where the fish are available to collect. So, if you are confused like others, let me help you out on where to get the new Winter's Edge Bestiary in the game.
To answer the burning question, there is no particular island or landmark where you can fish the limited-time fishes in the Winter's Edge Bestiary. Instead, you have to fish in the Ocean sections of the map. This has been confirmed by the developers themselves, who have pinned a message saying, " Winter's Edge is Anywhere in the Ocean." So, you can simply head out to the ocean area and start collecting these fish using their appropriate bait.
