Minecraft Quart! Resource Pack

Quart! Resource Pack 1.17/1.16.4 started as a joke, with the original main goal being to be the lightest pack ever. However, out of this foolish idea, a gem was born. With most of the texturing done in 4×4, making the package so light even a PC built in the 2000s could run Minecraft. However, the drop in resolution doesn't automatically translate into terrible graphics, but rather a beautiful and unique aesthetic vibe. To fully describe what Quart is, we can say it's like powerpuff girls (weird I know), but they were born from experiments gone wrong, but they managed to turn into something incredible.
