StayTrue is a visual remake of the current default texture pack, I tweaked and changed many of the current textures that I felt needed improvement. The changes are not drastic and still fit perfectly with the current default texture pack's color scheme and textures, many of which will add more variety and eliminate duplication for a more authentic and beautiful look.

The Stay True resource pack updates a large number of the game's textures, adding appeal without destroying Minecraft's iconic default look and feel. Stay True isn't the first resource pack to drastically change the look of Minecraft, as other resource packs offer these features and more. My leaves are not displaying properly, how can I fix it?

You need to set the leaves to fancy mode.

How to show only orange leaves?

Navigate to assets/minecraft/optifine/cmt/leaves/birch_leaves/orange and copy the sticker file, then go back to the cherry_blossom folder and paste the file there. This will replace the pink leaves with orange leaves.

How to show only pink leaves?

Navigate to assets/minecraft/optifine/cmt/leaves/birch_leaves/cherry_blossom, copy the leaf map files, go back and paste them in the orange folder. Also paste them into the blocks folder located in minecraft/assets/textures/blocks.

How to disable the color change of birch leaves?

Open the assets/minecraft/textures/blocks/green_birch_leaves folder, copy the texture file, and paste it in: assets/minecraft/textures/block,assets/minecraft/optifine/ctm/leaves/birch_leaves/cherry_blossom, assets/minecraft/optifine /ctm/leaves/birch_leaves/orange. To remove the orange grass in the birch biome, go into the "nogreengrass" folder located in assets/minecraft/textures/colormap, copy the grass texture file, and paste it into the colormap folder to replace the old file.

In some cases with certain mods installed, the color of the leaves looks incorrect. How to fix it?

Unfortunately I have no experience with mod compatibility issues, but I believe deleting the colormap folder might resolve the issue. They are located in assets/minecraft/textures/colormap and assets/minecraft/textures/optifine/colormap.

Some birch trees have orange and pink leaves?

This occurs when a tree is on the border of a biome with orange foliage in one biome and pink foliage in the other. As far as I know, there is no way to fix this without using only one leaf color.

I don't have block variations or continuous textures?

You need to turn on these options in the settings menu of your Optifine installation. You need to set the continuous texture to fancy mode and turn on the option alternateblocks.
