Currently, there's only one way to get Robot Arm in Anime Last Stand, and that is through Raids. Specifically, you can get Robot Arm only from Stage 6 of the Leaf Village raid in Anime Last Stand.
There is only a 3% drop chance of this item, every time you successfully complete this raid. Moreover, there is also a pity system with a guaranteed drop every 30 times you complete the raid.
The Robot Arm is used to evolve the Almighty Ninja (Paths) character to the Almighty Ninja (Ressurected) form.
