suggestion:
Leave Optifine's native shader options to their default values, otherwise you may see a decrease in shader quality. Customize only using the options of the shader itself.
Shadows and depth of field are resource-intensive effects. If you need more performance you can remove it and the visuals will still be great.

Put this shader pack into .minecraftshaderpacks
Start Minecraft.
Go to Options->Video Settings->Texture Packs.
Select MakeUp-UltraFast.
