What is SoftVoxelsLite?
SoftVoxelsLite is a free version of the SoftVoxels light and shadow package I launched, aiming to be a simple and high-performance light and shadow package. It relies on voxel and path tracking technology to quickly present you with beautiful and efficient lighting effects. This naturally includes accurate colored lighting from multiple light sources. Since there are no actual shadow maps, the direct light from the sun and moon appears softer, giving this pack a unique, cloudy-like outdoor visual effect.
What features does it provide?
-Path tracing lighting
-Temporal upsampling (TAAU), default setting is 50%
-Dynamic fog effect
-beam behind screen
-Screen space reflection
-Swaying vegetation
- Resource pack specular support (follows LabPBR specification)
What are the requirements?
-Optifine, for version 1.16 or newer
-Or use Iris1.5.0 or newer version
-The graphics card needs to support OpenGL4.3, GTX1050/RX560 or higher is recommended; for 1080p default settings, GTX1660/RX5600XT or better is recommended
-Support operating system: Windows/Linux
-Note: Intel HD5000 series graphics processors and below models are not supported!
