The Depths was an expansion added to the Vertigo area in Fisch on Roblox on November 16, 2024. This area is locked behind a large gate surrounded by red crystals. To learn how to unlock The Depths, check out our guide below:
To find The Depths, you'll first need to find a Strange Whirlpool. These are whirlpools that have a line in their center that goes from the ocean's surface to the sky. Once you find one of these whirlpools, swim into its center, and you'll be transported to Vertigo.
When you arrive in Vertigo, jump down to the pool at the bottom. You'll see red, glowing crystals on one side of the pool. Climb the cliffs where the red crystals are, and you'll find a large door with a keyhole.
To enter this door and go into The Depths, you'll need two things:
You can fish for The Depths Key in a Strange Whirlpool or anywhere in Vertigo.
The keys are a Legendary item, so they can be a bit resistant when you're reeling them in. Be sure to use a fishing rod like the Steady Rod to help with that.
As soon as you have a key and you've completed the Vertigo Bestiary, you can go through the door to The Depths.
As well as catching the 18 fish available in The Depths, you can buy the Rod of the Depths. I recommend reading our guide to find the rod because it's one of the more difficult rods to fulfill the prerequisites for.
