Progression in GHOUL RE can be really slow if you're just doing missions and killing easy mobs. That's wanna you want to start killing bosses as soon as possible and as much as you can. To help you out, here is the complete list of bosses, their locations, spawn methods, and loot drops in GHOUL RE.
The best way to spawn a boss in GHOUL RE is to pick a boss mission from your faction's mission board (CCG Boss, Ghoul Boss, Bosses Fighting). The easiest of these three missions is Bosses Fighting, as you'll have your own faction's boss' help during the fight. The spawn location of the boss is indicated by the yellow marker, as with all other missions.
Another way to spawn a boss in GHOUL RE is to use the Boss Raid NPC close to the CCG Building. Spawning a boss this way costs 5,000 Yen, and up to 8 people can participate in the raid. Note that the player initiating the raid will need to be max rank. It might be possible with a lower-than-max rank, but there is no information on that in-game.
Lastly, you can just wait for one of the regular bosses to spawn on the map, just like with other mob NPCs. Note that raid bosses can't spawn this way; only the ones that spawn with boss missions. The spawn locations for these bosses are random, though they tend to be around the CCG Building and Anteiku.
In the table below, you can find the list of all possible boss spawns in GHOUL RE and the loot that they can drop. The loot for all non-raid bosses is the same except for Ken Kaneki, who can drop One Eyed Fragments, just like some of the raid bosses. The loot for raid bosses differs a bit more.

The best way to farm bosses in GHOUL RE is to do Bosses Fighting missions. These missions spawn two bosses, one from each faction, and you're supposed to help the one from your faction defeat the other. Since it's a 2v1 and they are pretty evenly matched, losing is pretty hard. Plus, because it's a hard mission and a boss-killing one at that, you'll get guaranteed amazing loot.
So to sum it up: to kill bosses in GHOUL RE just do boss missions and boss raids. Easy, right? Anyway, that does it for our boss guide. For more content on this Roblox experience, including our beginner's guide and Qinque/Kagune tier list, visit the GHOUL RE section here on PGG.
