Becoming the best ninja in Ninja Time is not an easy task, as it requires you to unlock various abilities. For this, you need to not only train your chakra but also taijutsu. While the former can be easier, the latter can take some time as it has you do physical exercises such as push-ups. So here's how you can obtain and perform push ups in Ninja Time.
To do push ups in Ninja Time, you need to equip the Weight shin guards - Pushups and press the F key.
In order to get Weigth Shin Guards - Pushups, you need to complete the First Step Quest from Aruka. In case you are struggling to get shurikens for the quest, check out our weapons guide. After going through the quest, you will automatically receive three weight trainers in your inventory, and all you have to do is equip the push-up trainer.
Do note that you can only equip one weight trainer at a time. Once you enter the training mode by pressing F, you need to hold the same to start the push ups session. After a session is completed, you need to let go of the key and press and hold it again to start another session. Training will increase not only your overall XP but also your Tai XP.
You can get more training weights by buying them from the High Muty NPC. He is located near the Academy, under a tree, right in front of Aruka. As you progress with your training, buying more weighted trainers can come in handy as they can also help you unlock new types of training along with skills like agility.
